Brand new home for the 2020 season in the Ocean Lakes Section of Ocean Sands. Less than two minute walk to the beach access. Private pool with option to heat it in the spring and fall for an additional fee. Heated pool, hot tub, tiki bar with outdoor television, spacious living areas for the entire family. Also included; enjoy the Ocean Lakes Pool and Tennis club; a short three minute walk. Upscale furnishings, no detail is overlooked in this home. Ground floor features a rec room, foosball table, full bath and adjacent built in bunk beds (two twins over two fulls), full laundry room, mini fridge with freezer, great for pool drinks! Second floor features a king master suite with private bath and private balcony, a queen suite with private bath and private balcony, two twins with access to back deck, queen with access to bath deck and a full bath. Third floor features kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including additional refrigerated storage in below counter beverage center. Everything you need to cook a feast for your family beach vacation! Living room with access to street side deck and pool side deck, powder room, king master suite with full bath and access to private deck. Additional powder room at split level and cozy ships watch room for reading or surfing the internet. All bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen smart televisions. The pool itself is 12'x25', depth is 3’6” to 5’6”. It has a concrete deck around it and then a beautiful area with artificial turf for lounge chairs etc. Pool heat is available in the spring and fall for an additional fee of $50/night. This home also has an outdoor covered tiki bar area with bar height outdoor chairs, propane grill and a television behind the bar. The entire area is fenced and private to this home. This home is adjacent to three other homes that can be rented together for a total of 23 bedrooms for families vacationing together. Off street parking for approximately four vehicles is provided at the home.
We provide sheet and towel service EXCLUDING beach towels. (all sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and kitchen towels—beds will be made with sheets upon your arrival and towel sets in the bedrooms).

Premises is restricted to use by Family Groups Only. A family group is defined as parents, grandparents, children and extended family members vacationing in one home. A non-family group is defined as gathering for an event,
unmarried young adults, high school students, college students or any non-family group. EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED: Chaperoned or un-chaperoned non-family groups, fraternities, school or civic groups. ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED.

    We had 16 people (kids and adults) with us on this trip. The home was clean and well maintained. The host was responsive as well regarding broken items from the previous stay and changing the heating temperature on the pool for us midway through our stay.

    We had an amazing stay at the property. The walk to the beach was super easy, even for our little ones under 5 and great grandma who’s over 80! The pool is a nice size that allowed all the kids to play and swim. The property manager was super responsive. The location is convenient to dining, grocery stores, and entertainment.
