Second floor features a king master suite with private bath and private balcony, another king suite with private bath and private balcony, two twins with access to back deck, queen with access to back deck and a full bath in the hallway. Third floor features kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances including additional refrigerated storage in below counter refrigerated drawers. Living room with access to street side deck and pool side deck, king master suite with full bath and access to private deck. Additional powder room at split level and cozy ships watch room for reading or surfing the internet. All bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen smart televisions. This home is adjacent to four other homes that can be rented together for a total of 30 bedrooms for families vacationing together.

We provide sheet and towel service EXCLUDING beach towels. (all sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and kitchen towels—beds will be made with sheets upon your arrival and towel sets in the bedrooms).

Premises is restricted to use by Family Groups Only. A family group is defined as parents, grandparents, children and extended family members vacationing in one home. A non-family group is defined as gathering for an event,
unmarried young adults, high school students, college students or any non-family group. EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED: Chaperoned or un-chaperoned non-family groups, fraternities, school or civic groups. ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED.
