Brand new construction in 2021, six bedroom home in Ocean Lakes; A quick three minute walk to the beach access. Private pool open for 2024 season thru December 1, 2024 (weather permitting). Private pool with option to heat it in the spring and fall for an additional fee, hot tub with outdoor television, tiki bar, spacious living areas for the entire family. Upscale furnishings, no detail is overlooked in this home. Also included; enjoy the Ocean Lakes Pool and Tennis club; a short four minute walk.

Ground floor features a rec room with full bath and adjacent built in bunk beds (two twins over two fulls), full laundry room. Second floor features a king master suite with private bath and private balcony, another king suite with private bath and private balcony, two twins with access to back deck, queen with access to back deck and a full bath in the hallway. Third floor features kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances including additional refrigerated storage in below counter refrigerated drawers. Living room with access to street side deck and pool side deck, king master suite with full bath and access to private deck. Additional powder room at split level and cozy ships watch room for reading or surfing the internet. All bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen smart televisions. This home is adjacent to four other homes that can be rented together for a total of 30 bedrooms for families vacationing together.

We provide sheet and towel service EXCLUDING beach towels. (all sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and kitchen towels—beds will be made with sheets upon your arrival and towel sets in the bedrooms).

Premises is restricted to use by Family Groups Only. A family group is defined as parents, grandparents, children and extended family members vacationing in one home. A non-family group is defined as gathering for an event,
unmarried young adults, high school students, college students or any non-family group. EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED: Chaperoned or un-chaperoned non-family groups, fraternities, school or civic groups. ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED.

    Fantastic Family Vacation Home!

    We recently stayed at this amazing beach house in Corolla Beach, North Carolina, for our ONoWojo OBX Family Vacation 2024, and it exceeded all our expectations! Our large family, including kids and adults, had an unforgettable time here.

    The house is immaculate, well-maintained, and simply gorgeous. Every room was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. The layout was perfect for our group of nine, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy.

    The proximity to the beach was fantastic – just a short walk, and we were on the stunning sands of Corolla Beach. We spent our days enjoying the sun, sand, and surf, and our evenings on the spacious deck, taking in the breathtaking views and sunsets.

    The kitchen had all the basics we needed, making it easy to prepare meals for our family, and the living areas were cozy and inviting. The adults appreciated the peaceful, serene environment, which made for a truly relaxing vacation.

    Overall, this beach house was perfect for our family vacation. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, and comfortable place to stay near the beach. We can’t wait to come back!
