New Improvements for 2022--Carpet Free, new luxury vinyl tile in all the bedrooms! Smart TV's throughout! All new mattresses and box springs for summer 2022! Brand new construction in 2017 in Ocean Lakes (Section O of Ocean Sands) Five bedroom, three and a half bath. Ground floor contains a spacious game room with large TV, one bedroom with a queen size bed and one bedroom with two twins, full laundry room, full bathroom. Ground level access to car port from rec room. Private 13x26 pool with plenty of deck space and outdoor shower. Second level contains beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, living room with half bath and a covered porch to relax on. Master bedroom with king size bed, private bath and access direct to covered deck. Third level contains two bedrooms; one with two sets of twin bunk beds and the other with a queen and a shared jack and jill bath. This home is just a short three minute stroll to the beach access. Also includes guest membership to Ocean Lakes Swim and Tennis Club just a short walk from home. All bedrooms have their own wall mounted flat screen tv's.
We provide sheet and towel service EXCLUDING beach towels. (all sheets, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and kitchen towels—beds will be made with sheets upon your arrival and towel sets in the bedrooms).

Premises is restricted to use by Family Groups Only. A family group is defined as parents, grandparents, children and extended family members vacationing in one home. A non-family group is defined as gathering for an event,
unmarried young adults, high school students, college students or any non-family group. EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED: Chaperoned or un-chaperoned non-family groups, fraternities, school or civic groups. ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED.

This neighborhood does not allow golf carts.

    The house is in a great neighborhood and located close to the beach access. Clean and plenty of space. Enjoyed the pool and outdoor tv. Our Family really enjoyed our stay.

    The home is beautiful. The kitchen is well stock. The location to the beach is great. Having tennis courts nearby was a bonus. We did not have enough pillows. Upon request for more pillows and pillow cases, we were advised that we could rent them. I was disappointed in that response as we had already paid a significant amount for the rental. This left a sour taste in what was otherwise a very positive experience.
