Improvements for 2024 Season: Tiki bar in pool area, volleyball net, large turf yard, new high quality pool chaise lounge chairs! Brand new construction for 2019 in Nags Head (Semi-Oceanfront) Private pool open for 2024 season thru December 1, 2024 (weather permitting). Five bedroom including two king masters, four full and two half baths, additional pull out sofa in rec room with private swimming pool and elevator. Private pool with option to heat it in the spring and fall for an additional fee. Ground level access to elevator from carport and throughout entire home. This home backs up to another one of our new construction homes with an additional five bedrooms (VRBO 1289427). Rent both for a total of 10 bedrooms!

Private 13x26 pool with plenty of deck space and outdoor shower. First floor has two bedrooms; one queen and built in bunk room, with shared bath queen with direct access to covered deck. Large rec room with half bath, and access to covered deck overlooking pool area and soundviews, and laundry room.

Second floor has two king master bedrooms each with private baths one with direct access to covered deck with sound views, private bath with tile shower. Second master bedroom with master bathroom/custom tile shower with rain water shower heads and access to covered deck overlooking the ocean and Jennette's Pier. All bedrooms have their own wall mounted flat screen smart tv's. Third bedroom is two twins with private bath with tile shower.

Reverse floor plan top level contains beautiful kitchen with quartz countertops and seating for six at the bar height counters, stainless steel appliances with propane gas range, very spacious living room and dining room with table and seating for another ten. Very spacious covered porch with outdoor dining on the ocean side. Plus another covered porch on the sound side to relax on and take in the expansive sound views and over look the private pool.

This home is a less than one minute stroll to the beach access, Jennette's Pier, Sam and Omie's Restaurant, Cahoon's Market, Dune Burger, Fatboyz, Owen's Restaurant, Whalebone Seafood. Also walk to Nags Head Outlet Mall accessible by the crosswalk.

Bedding configuration:
Level One: One Queen with access to outside deck (shared jack and jill bath)
Level One: Two sets of twin over full built in bunk beds for a total of four beds (shared jack and jill bath)
Level Two: One King with access to outside deck that leads to pool area (private bath)
Level Two: Two Twins (private bath)
Level Two: One King with access to outside deck with ocean views (private bath)
Sheets and one set of bath towels per guest are included. Beach towels are not included in linen package.

Premises is restricted to use by Family Groups Only. A family group is defined as parents, grandparents, children and extended family members vacationing in one home. A non-family group is defined as gathering for an event,
unmarried young adults, high school students, college students or any non-family group. EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED: Chaperoned or un-chaperoned non-family groups, fraternities, school or civic groups. ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED.

    This is our second summer at this property. The property managers check in with us regularly. We had no issues that needed to be resolved. The house is beautiful, clean, furniture is nice. The backyard was updated from last year, with covered bar area, grassy volleyball area, and new loungers by the pool. The property has amazing views of both the sound and the ocean, and multiple balconies with furniture, to enjoy the views. We love the location of this property, as it's directly across to beach access, Jennette's Pier, Cahoons Market, and Fatboyz Ice cream is two doors down.

    This property was perfect for our family-group of 11 (5 adults, 5 teens, and 1 child). We all enjoyed ourselves at this property. The location is great for teens. Our group ventured to the beach, ice cream, and were able to ride their bikes to other activities nearby.

    The description of this property is spot-on. The only thing we noticed is that there were multiple leaks from the roof on the top floor. It didn't impact our stay, but it was something that probably should be remediated. The management were also professional and informative; we didn't have any problems, issues during our stay, so contact was limited. This home is on a busy road that has cars on it 24/7, and there is a public parking lot across the street (where lots of cars meet up at night to rev their engines and drag race). This didn't bother us, because we're a loud bunch and the location outweighed the noise. If you like it super-quiet, this is not the location for you.

    While the house is not ADA compliant, it worked well for our group, which included a teenager who uses a wheelchair for mobility and is legally blind. Most of the doorways were wide enough for her chair and there was a tub available for her to bathe in. The elevator was key to us being able to stay and it worked great. She was able to navigate the home on her own.

    Beach access at Jennette's Pier is directly across the street. Shopping is close by and there is plenty to do to keep everyone occupied. We made many trips to nearby Fat Boyz and Cahoon's Market.

    We would definitely stay again!

    The house is beautiful and the decor if fabulous. The kitchen is ready for any meals you may want to prepare. All the necessary cooking utensils is there. TV’s in every room. Being 4 stories, the elevator is just perfect. The beds were very comfortable and each had a private bathroom.

    We rented this house for a family get-away over Labor Day weekend. It was lovely. The home was clean and well appointed, with everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Location is fantastic; just across the street from the beach; within a block of Sam & Omie's, Dune Burger, Cahoon's Market, and Jeannette's pier. The landlord was helpful and friendly and checked-in on us via text twice during our stay. All in all a great experience.

    We typically stay one street back and have had a lot of bad luck over the past few years with run down houses. We tried a different approach this year and skipped the standard real estate agencies. Although this was the top of our budget we were so thrilled with it! Every detail is thoughtful- fridge in the basement for water, sodas and other drinks so we could pack our coolers for the beach with low effort. Area just inside to put beach items so they don’t blow around, elevator was amazing for getting groceries upstairs. Very comfortable seating and beautiful decor. The kitchen is so well appointed and every drawer organized with tons of tools. The bunk is so cool with built-in bunks, all with power and lights. We just kept remarking how happy we were although I am sad to share so others may take our week! Thank you for a memorable trip! (Forgot to mention the VIEW!!!)

    Property was extremely clean and meticulous built and decorated. We were extremely satisfied with the property and all excavations were met or exceeded. We enjoyed the property and its many amenities. The owners were extremely nice and informative. While I’m our stay, we enjoyed offshore fishing and dining at Blue water grill and Mahi Mahi,. Both highly recommended 😋. We will definitely return to the property. Zero complaints!!!
