As of July 1st 2026 beach renourishment is complete in front of our home, it is not in the construction zone. Dolphin's Walk is a four bedroom, three level reverse floor plan, oceanfront duplex in the heart of Nags Head! Fantastic views, steps to the beach, walking distance to restaurants, grocery and shopping. **NEW HOT TUB ** Smart TV's, High Speed Wi-Fi, and more! Four Bedrooms, four and half baths, plenty of room for the whole family! Sea Pointe neighborhood pool and tennis courts are just steps from your door. Sea Pointe pool is seasonal and operates mid May - mid September 15, 2026.
Linens and towels are provided. Indoor fireplace is not operational.

Exterior security cameras on property:
Outdoor cameras will be used during your stay and will record short videos/sound when movement is detected. Cameras are located at: Front door views front door entrance area) Rear top deck (views rear deck and walkway area) Side door (views the side entrance area) Rear lower deck (views back door).
Minimum age of 24 to rent.

Premises is restricted to use by Family Groups Only. A family group is defined as parents, grandparents, children and extended family members vacationing in one home. A non-family group is defined as gathering for an event,
unmarried young adults, high school students, college students or any non-family group. EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED: Chaperoned or un-chaperoned non-family groups, fraternities, school or civic groups. ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES ALLOWED.

  Great location and property. Management company was very good with communication and helpful. I inquired about a BBQ grill and they were able to bring one over within 1 hour.
  
  We had 4 adults and 3 kids which gave us an entire room we didn’t use. The community pool was a nice alternative to the beach. Great location within 5 minutes of dozens of food, shopping, and activities. Only issue I could see if you don’t like stairs, the main floor is basically 3 levels up from the street. This is going to be the case with most all GBX properties.

  Our family recently stayed here. The location and views were perfect. The house was a great size for the 7 of us. We enjoyed the easy drive to all the things the Piter Banks had to offer. The only negative for us ( which I did not take into account ) were all the steps for my 85 year old mother. But we managed to get her up and down! I would highly recommend this house!

  This home did not disappoint. Stayed during Easter week. Great view of the ocean and steps away from the beach. The home had everything you needed. Walking distance to the supermarket which is great. This home has a great layout. Hot tub was great when the weather at night got cooler. Bring your fishing pole to surf fish or head over to Jeanette’s pier. I would recommend this place. Rebecca was a great host and checked in to see how our stay was.
